International Shipping, Customs & Other Fees

To ensure fast and reliable delivery across 24+ EU countries, we operate two fulfillment centers within the European Union.

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or additional import fees that may apply are the sole responsibility of the BUYER.

NL BEAUTY LTD, acting as the SELLER, does not cover or reimburse such charges and has no control over their amount or any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Once your shipment has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to redirect it to another address.

RETURN POLICY

NL BEAUTY customers have the right to return a purchased product within 60 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@nlbeauty.com to receive return instructions and a return authorization number.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our side.

Refunds

After the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

The refund will be issued via bank transfer.
