NL BEAUTY LTD. is registered as a Personal Data Controller with the Commission for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Bulgaria.

NLBEAUTY.COM does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have obtained personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete such information from our servers. NLBEAUTY.COM encourages parents to go online together with their children.

This Privacy Statement and the use of the Website shall be governed by Bulgarian law.

If a dispute arises regarding this Privacy Statement, we agree to attempt to resolve it with the assistance of a mutually agreed mediator in Sofia, Bulgaria. All costs and fees related to the mediation, excluding attorney fees, shall be shared equally between the parties.

If it proves impossible to reach a mutually acceptable solution through mediation, NLBEAUTY.COM agrees that the dispute shall be referred to the Sofia District Court.

13. COPYRIGHT

The copyright of the Website belongs to NL BEAUTY LTD.

The texts, graphics, images, animations, videos and clips visible on the Website are subject to copyright and are part of the intellectual property of NL BEAUTY LTD. Some of the aforementioned elements found on third-party pages may belong to those third parties.

Under no circumstances may these materials be reproduced, used, displayed or distributed without the express written consent of NL BEAUTY LTD or the respective third party.

Any distribution of files obtained by Users in accordance with the Website’s Terms and Conditions, or parts of such files, constitutes a violation of the applicable intellectual property protection laws and will be prosecuted under the law.

Nothing contained on the Website should be interpreted as granting a license or right to use any trademark without the prior express written consent of NL BEAUTY LTD.

NL BEAUTY LTD is operated, controlled and administered entirely from Sofia, Bulgaria.
